Terms and conditions

We want you to be happy with your workbook. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. They apply to any purchases you make from the Wonderful Work website, and provide important information about how to make a return if you need to.

Pricing

All pricing is in British Pounds (GBP).

Postage

Your Wonderful Work Book will be sent by Royal Mail Second Class Signed for post, and will normally take two to four days to arrive.

Returns

We hope that you love your Wonderful Work Book, but if you live in the UK and have had your printed copy of the workbook delivered to your UK address, you are entitled to request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with UK law. Please see below for the terms and conditions of refunds and returns.

After you have received your workbook you have 14 days to request a refund if you wish to, and then have a further 14 days to return your order to us in perfect, unused condition. We recommend using a recorded delivery service, so that you know it has been delivered safely back to us.

All appropriate refunds will be issued within 30 days of receiving the return. You are responsible for paying for return postage.
